1983 Yakovlev YAK 52 For Sale by Owner
From Factory in Russia:
1.TTSN 1,057 hours, SMOH – 198 hours. Flying condition with logbook, no previous damage.
2.M-14P aircraft engine was manufactured in 1980, first series,
TTSN is 973 hours, SMOH is 3 hr. In good working condition. Logbook included.
3. The aircraft is fit with bulletins # 59, # 60, and # 107. Control rods are modified.
4. The aircraft control surfaces are fabric covered only.
5. All rubber hoses were replaced in 2006.
FLIGHT PREPARATION MAINTENANCE, ALTERATIONS, PARTS AND REPAIR Done: (2008-2012)
MLG clean, repair scissor, inspect/service actuators, remount MLG on wings.
Gills mounted; Prop assembled, to Jim Rust (Whirlwind Propeller); Battery box r&r; RH vent line repair
RH fuel tank removed, wire replaced, reinstalled; Wings attached
H stab caps r&r, fuel tank hoses r&r; Wing plumbing, oil cooler linkage bracket
Horiz and vert tail attached
All new hoses made, and firesleeved, in engine compartment
Engine mount clean, repair,
Wheels clean balance and new tires
Wing fairings repair
Engine annual conditional check, Carb, inside panels, fuel/oil system
New brake drums
3 new exhaust clamps
Prop ret. From Whirlwind, installed
Elevator turnbuckle sourced and installed
All control cables inspected and properly adjusted, all controls lubed
Elev. Trim reinstalled
Repair dents both wing leading edges
Replace missing seat hardware
Fairing holes cleaned (drive out old screws and retapped)
Conditional (annual) inspection signed off.
Airplane has: New fabric (cotton); New tires; All new fire sleeved hoses in eng. Compt.; New brakes
